KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Cooking food to the satisfaction of customers of Rosa Mystica under clean and hygienic environment.
  • Ensuring that food cooked reaches the waiters in the dining hall at the specified time. (Punctuality)
  • Preparing meals for clients with special diet.
  • Observing punctuality in all areas of operation.
  • Maintain privacy and cleanliness in the kitchen and surrounding areas.
  • Proper care of all kitchen equipment.
  • While on duty must be neat and presentable in full uniform at all times.
  • Collaborate at all times with fellow staff for smooth running of activities in the kitchen.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  1. Certificate/ diploma from a recognized institution.
  2. At least 2years experience as a chef in similar institutions.
  3. Ability to create a variety of cooking styles and innovative recipes so as to maximize customer satisfaction and appealing meals.
  4. Ability to reduce wastage of resources in the kitchen i.e. equipment, ingredients, time, light, water e.t.c.
  5. Has the ability to create a conducive working relationship with fellow staff and others (a team player)
  6. Maximum age 35years.
